How to request deletion of your data from Radiu
What data do we store?
When you create a Radiu account, we store the following information:
- Your email address and name (from sign-up or social login).
- Your podcast subscriptions.
- Your episode playback progress.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook, we also store the profile picture URL provided by that service. We do not store your Google or Facebook password.
How to request data deletion
You can request complete deletion of your data in one of two ways:
Option 1: Email us
Send an email to support@radiu.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Radiu account.
Option 2: Remove via Facebook
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Radiu from your Facebook account:
- Go to your Facebook App Settings.
- Find "Radiu" in the list of apps.
- Click "Remove" and confirm.
This will notify us to delete all data associated with your Facebook account.
What happens after deletion?
Once we process your request, we will:
- Delete your user profile and account.
- Delete all your podcast subscriptions.
- Delete all your playback progress data.
- Remove any data received from third-party logins (Google, Facebook).
This process is completed within 30 days of receiving your request. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
